Reciprocal Flights Between Keppel Club and Singapore Island Country Club

Dear Members,

Keppel Club and Singapore Island Country Club (SICC) will be exchanging 3 flights per day at Sime course and Keppel course respectively from Tuesdays to Fridays, starting from May 4 to Dec 31, 2021

During this period, members can ballot for 3 afternoon flights at Sime every Tuesday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Registration for balloting will take place through the website from the dates as follows:

Flights will be allocated to members by balloting, which will be done on the second last Wednesday of the month at 2pm for the following month’s flights. Registration will close at 11am the day before the balloting date. These flights do not count toward the quota set at Keppel Club.

  • Only Principal members are eligible to ballot for these slots. The unsuccessful bids will be ranked on the waiting list by balloting.  Any cancellation of flights will be allocated based on the waiting list.

  • Balloting of flights must be at least 3-balls. You will receive a form via email from golf reception upon successful balloting.

  • Non-primary members are allowed to complete the flight.

  • Whole flight MUST consist of members ONLY. No guests allowed.

  • Change(s) of player(s) is allowed at least 7 days before date of play. Thereafter, any changes of name would incur a penalty of $21.40 and $42.80 for Cancellation or No-Show per name.

  • Keppel Club reserves the rights to fill in vacant slots.

  • Members are to produce their membership card during check-in at the respective club. The host club will deny play or green fee applicable if members fail to produce their membership card or a different member shows up.

  • All payments of buggy fee and F&B are to be settled on the day. No club credit facility will be offered.

Balloting Procedure

  • Visit Keppel Club’s Event Calendar ( The event will be listed on the first of each month, but is valid for registration for the entire month.

  • Fill in the entry form and submit.

  • Each member is allowed to submit only 1 entry per month. Multiple entries by a member will be disqualified.

  • Members are to indicate 3 preferred dates under remarks. Successfully balloted members will be published on the website under “Results” at

  • If your preferred dates are fully taken, the receptionist will call/email members and advise on the remaining available dates.

  • Once successfully balloted, members are to submit their players name to Golf Reception 7 days before the date of play.

  • Once submitted, a penalty fee of $21.40 (inclusive of GST) will be applicable for change of name. Cancellation or No-Shows are subject to a penalty of $42.80 (inclusive of GST).
