New additions to the Tee Top menu:
Har Cheong Gai & Chicken Rice
We are excited to introduce two delectable additions to our Tee Top menu that capture the essence of Singaporean flavours. Embracing the local culinary scene, Executive Sous Chef Javier Lim, has crafted two dishes that are not only well-loved by many but also integrated seamlessly into our local selections.
Har Cheong Gai, also known as Prawn Paste Chicken, is a popular local dish in Singapore We are delighted to bring back this crowd-favourite into our menu. Adding a burst of flavour to our local selection, this simple yet fragrant dish features prawn paste-marinated middle wings which deliver a delightful combination of crispiness and succulence.
Notably, Har Cheong Gai stands out as an ideal accompaniment to your favourite brew. Unlike traditional chicken wings, this dish pairs exceptionally well with beer, offering a unique and enjoyable experience for our diners. The subtle flavours of the prawn paste bring a distinct charm to this classic dish, making it yet another must-try for both locals and foreign visitors alike.
Our second addition, the humble Chicken Rice, has transitioned from being our banquet exclusive to a star on our main menu. This well-loved dish has been a consistent favourite among our diners, prompting numerous requests for its inclusion in our regular offerings.
Featuring free-range chicken cooked to perfection, our Chicken Rice set is a testament to freshness and quality. Served with a flavourful chicken broth soup, ginger sauce, premium dark soy sauce, house-made chicken rice chili, achar, and kai-lan, this dish is a comprehensive culinary experience that satisfies both the palate and soul.
Perfect Pairing:
