“La by Tee Top” is a mouthwatering claypot steamboat that features delectable broths which are meticulously brewed to perfection, and complemented by a luscious seafood and meat platter for a diverse combination of textures and flavours. With the option of three tantalising broths – Lala, spicy Mala and nourishing chicken collagen to choose from, diners are free to select the broth of their liking.
Brace yourself for a visual spectacle as our chef artfully sautés the ginger to a fragrant sizzle before adding generous portions of lala and broth! Watch the clams open up one by one, like blooming flowers, as the broth comes to a boil. Now, get ready to add your favourite ingredients.
The ”La” claypot set includes a symphony of tender chicken thigh, savoury pork belly, tantalising lobster ball, springy fish-balls, Chinese spinach, sweet corn, toman fish slices, chewy squid and succulent prawns. There is also the option to go à la carte so you can design your hotpot with your choice ingredients.
