QUESTIONS
Are there any hidden fees or charges that I need to be aware of since there is no monthly subscription?
There are no other charges. All golf charges such as green fee, buggy fee and assisted booking fee will be charged to the account accordingly. For our special launch promotion, golfers will enjoy waiver of assisted booking fee until further notice.
If I choose not to top-up after the credits are utilised, can I reactivate my account at a later time and are there any conditions?
Yes, you can reactivate your account any time simply by topping up. Choose between $1000, $3,000 and $5,000. All top-up credits will be valid for one year from the date of top-up. Unused credits will not be carried over after one year.
Can I use my FoS Power+ credits for group bookings, or are they intended for individual use only?
Each FoS participant is limited to 2 flights booking of the same play date.
What happens if there are remaining unutilised credits after the validity period? Do they expire?
Any remaining credits which are not utilised after the validity period will be forfeited.
Is there a minimum age to sign up and what is the minimum top-up amount required to extend the membership?
The minimum age to join FoS Power+ is 21 years old and the minimum amount to top up or extend the membership is $1,000.
Are there any restrictions on the usage of credits?
FoS Power+ credits can be used for 9-hole or 18-hole golf game and F&B. For events and golf tournaments that are open to FoS Power+ participants or members of the public, you can use your credits to offset such charges.
Can I apply for FoS Power+ as a gift for a friend?
Yes, certainly. You are welcome register your friend as an account holder of FoS Power+.
Can I transfer my FoS Power+ membership or credits to someone else?
All credits are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.
Is there any penalty or cancellation fee to cancel my FoS Power+ account?
There is no cancellation fee, however, please note that the credits are strictly non-refundable.
Does FoS Power+ have any training programme for account holders who want to enhance their golfing skills?
The Club has a pool of professional golf coaches under our Golf Academy. If you are interested, please write to golfacademy@keppelclub.com.sg for adult lessons or junioracademy@keppelclub.com.sg for kids lessons.
Is single ball booking allowed?
Yes, you can book for single ball game and is subject to ball matching availability.
I have friends who are Keppel Club members. What will be the process of booking together with Keppel Club members?
As this will fall under the public utilisation, Keppel Club members will also be paying for the charges as a public member. In this case, the public rate will apply.
I would like to make a booking, what will be my login details?
To book a game, just send a WhatsApp message to (65) 9853 7968 to book your golf flight. There will not be any login details provided for FoS Power+ participants. If you do not have sufficient credits to book, WhatsApp or call (65) 8380 5719 for assistance.
How many days in advance can I make a golf booking?
You can book up to 3 weeks before the play date.
What are the payment modes for golf booking? Can I modify or cancel my booking?
All charges will be charged to your FoS Power+ account. To modify or cancel your booking, just WhatsApp or call (65) 9853 7968. Please note that no refund will be given for no-show.
What can I do if I lost my card, is there any replacement fee?
Please inform the Membership Department at (65) 6933 3986 or (65) 6933 3987 immediately to deactivate your card. A replacement fee of $10.90 will be charged to the account upon issuance of the replacement card.
I have a Friends of Sime Power+ (FoS Power+) account and a Keppel Club Membership account. Can I transfer my FoS Power+ credits to my Keppel Club Membership account?
No, FoS Power+ is an entirely separate account from Keppel Club membership. While account holders may own both FoS Power+ and Keppel Club Membership concurrently, FoS Power+ credits are strictly non-transferable and non-refundable. The credits shall not be transferred, offset, exchanged, or credited into any Keppel Club Membership account.
FOS Power+ credits are valid for use only in accordance with the Friends of Sime (FoS) Power+ programme terms and are not redeemable for cash or any other membership products.
Keppel Club reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions without prior notice.
