Exciting things are happening at the Club! We have introduced new tennis courses and gym / fitness programmes, bringing you a more dynamic and holistic training experience.
We have partnered with Vamos Tennis Academy Pte Ltd to run a tennis academy and manage our gym.
Whether you are a junior learning to pick up tennis, an adult refining your technique, or a player looking to boost your fitness, our certified coaches provide expert guidance. More than just technique, the academy integrates strength and conditioning—giving trainees access to gym training as part of their programme for a well-rounded approach to the sport.
For the gym-goers, the gym now offers specialised fitness classes catering to all ages and fitness levels, including:
- Kids’ Calisthenics – Children learn about body weight exercises to build strength, flexibility, and coordination at their own pace in a supportive environment.
- Strength & Conditioning Calisthenics – Improve endurance and full-body strength with functional exercises.
- Functional Fitness – Train for real-life movements with squats, lunges, and core-strengthening routines.
- Muay-Fit & Box-Fit – High-energy martial arts-inspired workouts combining Muay Thai and boxing for stamina, strength, and agility.
- Handstand Training – Master the art of hand balancing with step-by-step skill progression.
- Functional Strength & Stretching – A senior-friendly class to enhance the sense of balance, mobility, and flexibility for daily activities, and to reduce the risk of falling.
