Bite into prosperity with a feast of abundance

Snake your way to good fortune with our Lunar New Year special, a selection of Cantonese dishes created by Executive Sous Chef Javier Lim and his team. The sumptuous spread, at $118++, comprises a soup and three dishes, and is good for four to eight persons.

The highlight of the set is the signature Fish Lip Broth, a nutritious collagen-rich soup that is full of flavours and smooth in texture. Savour the sweetness and freshness of the aromatic Tiger Grouper (800gm), which symbolises “abundance” (年年有余). It is cooked to perfection and bathed in fragrant premium soy sauce. Adding to the mouthwatering spread is the Authentic Hong Kong-style Typhoon Shelter Chicken. The succulent chicken thigh is crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. Generously topped with crispy bread crumbs which represent gold on the ground, this dish is a symbol of “prosperity” (满地黄金). Lastly, there is the tasty Braised Broccoli with Pacific Clams and Mushrooms. Vegetable is 菜 in Mandarin and sounds like 财, which means “wealth”.  So, there you have it, ring in the Year of the Snake with an auspicious meal and start the year on a good note.
