2025 Captain and Lady Captain’s Game
On May 31, 2025, we held our annual Captain and Lady Captain’s Game, where Keppelites and guests congregated to enjoy their love for golf with Captain Maniam Stacy Anthony and Lady Captain Sandra Soon.
The golfers were treated to a lovely nasi lemak for lunch before teeing off. The weather was temperamental, swinging between brilliant sunshine and overcast skies that ended the game prematurely, with 3 to 4 holes remaining.
In the evening, they gathered at Berlayer Room to continue their revelry in great spirits for a hearty buffet dinner. The food was well-received, with many golfers praising the spread.
Adding to the spirit, Captain Anthony led the entire room in a resounding “yum seng,” lifting glasses in a toast to good health, great golf, and cherished camaraderie. In his address, he expressed heartfelt appreciation for the enduring friendships and warm camaraderie shared among the golfing community.
Many prizes were won by delighted members and guests during the lucky draws. A special moment of the evening was the celebration of June babies, as everyone sang “Happy Birthday to you”.
