Keppel Club wins SGA Community Impact Excellence Award 2025
Keppel Club was recognised for its contributions to Singapore’s golf community on Jan 21, 2026 at the Singapore Golf Association’s Annual Gala and Awards Dinner, held at the Grand Salon Ballroom, Sentosa Golf Club. The Club received the Community Impact Excellence Award 2025, reflecting our commitment to making golf more accessible, inclusive and meaningful while giving back to the community.
As Singapore’s first club to operate under a hybrid member-public model, Keppel Club continued in 2025 to refine this approach, welcoming new golfers and first-time visitors while maintaining course quality and the member experience. Through introductory programmes and carefully selected hybrid events, the Club has opened pathways for the wider community to enjoy golf, supporting both accessibility and inclusivity.
The Community Golf Festival, held in celebration of Singapore’s 60th birthday, brought this philosophy to life. Over three days, members of the public and charity organisations participated in golf experience days, Community Fun Golf games at a special price of $60, and the inaugural Pesta Sukan Golf Tournament. This historic tournament marked the first time golf was included in Pesta Sukan since Singapore’s independence, uniting golfers from across the island in a spirit of friendly competition and national pride.
Through these initiatives, Keppel Club has strengthened community ties, nurtured future generations, and demonstrated how golf can bring people together across different backgrounds and abilities. We remain dedicated to growing the game beyond our fairways.
Thank you, Singapore Golf Association, for this recognition.
