Rain does not stop our ‘school girls’ from having a field day
The final ladies’ fun game of 2024 was concluded on Oct 12, 2024. The theme for the day was “Back to School” and some very sporting ladies were seen decked in school uniform, neck ties and jerseys. Despite a short delay to start the game, the wet weather did not dampen the spirits of our golfers who braved the rain to complete their rounds.
After freshening up and changing out of their wet clothing, the ladies adjourned to the Berlayer Room for dinner. A sumptuous spread awaited the hungry participants as they caught up with friends for chit chats and photos. It was a fun-filled evening indeed as participants reminisced their childhood days over novelty games such as “Pick-Up Sticks” and “Hidden Block Puzzle”. A lucky draw followed before the evening closed with a prize presentation for the afternoon’s game.
What a day it has been for the ladies. This may be the final game of the year but they can certainly look forward to a more exciting line-up in 2025.
