STA Inter-Club League 2024:
Team Keppel misses the semi-finals by the narrowest of margin
The Singapore Tennis Association (STA) Inter- Club Doubles League was held from Sept 14 to Oct 20, 2024. Team Keppel participated in the Men’s “C” Grade category and was drawn to play in Group C. Only the top team from each group qualified for the semi-finals.
Group C proved to be the toughest group. With six wins and two losses, Team Keppel was tied with the four other teams, namely, Weekend Warriors, One Tennis, Singapore Cricket Club and Singapore Swim Club. However, the team was edged out by Weekend Warriors on countback, even though we had beaten them 2-1 in the group match.
Don’t give up, team Keppel! Let’s do better in the coming STA Inter-Club Doubles KnockOut Competition.
