At Keppel Club (“KC”), we respect and protect individual personal data. Keppel Club aims to comply with the requirement of the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (“PDPA”) and to maintain a high level of confidentiality and integrity in personal data we collected from you.

KC will only collect, use, disclose or retain an individual’s personal data for relevant purpose and period necessary due to legal and/or business purpose.

KC will take the necessary measures to ensure that the information is correct and relevant.

KC will take security arrangement to protect your information and prevent unauthorized
access, use, collection or disclosure.

KC will not publish, share, disclose or sell your information to third parties. However KC may disclose without obtaining your consent in situation as follow:

• required or authorized based on the applicable laws and/or regulations;
• respond to an emergency that threatens the life, health or safety of yourself or another individual;
• necessary for any investigation or proceedings;
• required by any officer of a prescribed law enforcement agency, upon production of written authorisation signed by the head or director of that law enforcement agency or a person of a similar rank, certifying that the personal data is necessary for the purposes of the functions or duties of the officer

• general business purpose
