Waiver of penalty fee will be considered under special circumstances such as medical reason.
Supporting documentation as proof is required.
For public booking, only submission by the principal (main) booker will be entertained.
Request for waiver must be submitted in writing within 7 days from event date.
Estimated processing / response time may take up to 30 days.
