A delightful pampering for the senses
An intimate evening awaited members and guests who signed up for our 5-Course Wine Pairing Dinner on Oct 10, 2024. Starting with a light welcome drink of Chandon Brut, participants were in for a pampering experience for the senses. They were introduced to a collection of Terrazas wines by wine speaker Matthieu Laret from Moet Hennessy Diageo Singapore Pte Ltd.
The centrepieces of the evening were four high-attitude Argentinian wines from the Terrazas de los Andes winery. Reputed for their layered yet surprisingly elegant and bright notes, the wines truly capture the elegance and freshness of the Andes in Argentina. The selection – Terrazas Reserva Chardonnay 2022, Terrazas Reserva Malbec 2021, Terrazas Grand Cabernet Sauvignon 2019 and 2022 – was specially curated to perfectly complement the mouth-watering five-course menu prepared by Executive Sous Chef Javier Lim and his team.
Of the perfect combination of wine and food, our participants have only good things to say. Mr Michael Rama, who attended the dinner for the first time, had enjoyed the whole experience, and complimented that the “food selection was healthy and tasty by itself without the need for any sauces to enhance the taste.”
