Young golfers across Asia converge at Singapore Junior Golf Championship 2026
Keppel Club is proud to host Singapore Junior Golf Championship 2026 (SJGC), in partnership with Singapore Golf Association (SGA), welcoming young golfers from June 10 to 12, 2026. This year’s championship drew a strong international field, with the number of participants capped at 100 players across Asean and the Asia-Pacific region.
Despite the heavy downpour on June 12, golfers displayed determination and competitive spirit throughout the championship, delivering outstanding performances on the course.
Among the international participants was Nghi Than Bao, one of Vietnam’s most promising young golfers and the sole representative from Vietnam at this year’s championship. Nghi made her first golf championship in Singapore a memorable one by scoring a hole-in-one at the par-3 7th hole.

Local golfer Troy Storm once again stormed to victory in the Boys’ Division with his outstanding form after a remarkable season during the National School Games in April. A strong final-round performance saw him finish 17-under-par 199, securing both the SJGC A Boys’ Stroke Play title and the Overall Boys’ Champion title by an eight-stroke margin.
Felicia Hughes of Hong Kong claimed the SJGC A Girls’ Stroke Play title and the Overall Girls’ Champion title with a seven-under-par total of 209. Both Troy and Felicia received prize money in recognition of their achievements.
From remarkable individual performances to inspiring international participation, the championship once again highlighted the strong partnership between SGA and Keppel Club in supporting the development of young golfers across Asia. Keppel Club was honoured to serve as the host venue for this prestigious championship.
