Good company and exceptional whisky
On Feb 26, 2026, 80 members and guests gathered at Berlayer Room, Tee Top, for the XR21 Whisky Pairing Night. The evening brought together a specially curated four-course menu and a distinguished line-up of whiskies, creating a warm and enjoyable atmosphere.
Guests were treated to sought-after expressions from the House of Johnnie Walker, including the iconic Blue Label, XR21 and the rarified XR23. Each whisky was carefully paired with the dishes, allowing members to discover how the flavours complemented one another. From smooth and balanced notes to richer, more complex finishes, every pour offered a unique tasting experience.
The relaxed setting encouraged easy conversations, with members sharing tasting notes and catching up between courses. Adding extra excitement to the night, our lucky draw winners walked away with bottles of XR21 and Singleton, drawing cheers from fellow diners.
The evening concluded with laughter, lively exchanges and a shared appreciation for fine whisky.
