Team Keppel Club puts up a gallant performance

The Inter-Club Doubles Tournament of the Edwin Lee’s Memorial Cup organised by the Singapore Tennis Association was held from June 15 to July 21. There was spirited competition across various categories: Men’s “A”, “B”, “C”, “D”, and Ladies’ “A” and “B” grades. Team Keppel Club participated in the Men’s “C” grade category.

The team played a total of seven matches, securing five victories and two defeats, placing them third in the group. Only the top two teams from each group advanced to the semi-finals. Once again, the team narrowly missed the semi-finals.

The players are determined to put up a better performance in the upcoming Inter-Club Doubles League this coming September and the Doubles Knock-Out in November.
